We are a growing team of full-time employees and a handful of contractors. We’re fast moving, nimble, self-managing and work in a relaxed atmosphere. Rather than working for a mega-corp, you will be working in a company where your work has real impact in the fun high-growth stages of our evolution. Learn more about our culture and meet some of the team in the following video:

We continue to invest time and energy into optimizing communication and workflow applications that make working remotely a great experience. Each team member is world-class at what they do. We have flexible working hours and we are a diverse team ranging in age and location from Washington to Maine to Florida, and international locations around the world.

All positions involve a trial contract of approximately 2 weeks with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. You will be paid for this time and it will be used to evaluate whether both parties want to pursue working together.

Diversity at Defiant

While we are a small company, our executive leadership and human resources team actively work to better understand diversity challenges and how to promote diversity in our organization at all levels. As a remote working company, we are also location neutral and don’t confine our recruiting to urban technology hubs. If you are smart, hard working and good at what you do, our hiring team would love to hear from you. We value diversity and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion or creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, gender identity or expression, marital status, sexual orientation, political ideology, economic status, parental status, or any other non-performance-related status. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we would do this whether or not we were required to do so by the Equal Employment Opportunity laws.

Umm...dip shit? Well, thanks for the show of your actual stupidity. Did you not read my post? I said they were both junk, and I agreed with you that if I had to pick I would recommend Defiant.
And if you are a 40 yr Locksmith, as you claim you fucking poser, you would know what a security pin is...but since the 40 yr 'Hacksmith' doesn't know what one is, let me elaborate: in Defiant locks that I have picked and gutted or re-keyed, I have found 2 or 3 spool pins in the top chamber. You can tell if there is a security pin inside a lock when you attempt to pick it by a slight turning of the cylinder as you apply torque with your tension wrench. Since Mr. Hacksmith doesn't know what this is, it's called a 'false set' as the lip of the spool pin catches at the shear line, making it slightly more difficult to pick for experienced Locksmiths and Lock Pickers, and probably impossible for Mr. 'reosecu-Hacksmith' since in his 40 yrs he probably couldn't pick his teeth let alone a lock.
Look Mr. reosecu-Hacksmith...go take your bullshit 40 yrs and your dumb-ass trolling and go rip off some customers with your hack jobs, half-assed installs, and poor excuses on why you can't finish the job. Go tout your Defiant locks to unsuspecting customers and keep telling how good they are for the $$$.
Me, I will continue to do the good job that I do everyday, and FYI, no matter how much you troll-post after this, or comment further on this post, I will not be responding to you anymore. Please, continue to be a miserable misinformed lying Hacksmith. Have a great day! Keep on lying! Peace out
